Herbal Hair Tonic

Aromatherapy grade essential oils with high levels of terpenes, primarily monoterpene alcohols (also referred to as "terps"), help make henna stains darker. Adding a small amount to your paste after dye release will allow you to get the darkest stain possible. Tea Tree, Cajeput and Ravensara have some of the highest levels of terpenes.

There are other oils that henna artists like to include in henna paste that do not neccessarily aide in darkening the stain. They are added simply for scenting purposes. Clove and Sweet Orange are some of these oils 
Avocaado oil: Although avocado is not really a herb, we have included it in the index, as it is very often used in herbal skin care, and is also used in some of our products.

Although it is classed as a vegetable oil, the avocado is really a fruit since it has a stone - but none-the-less it yields a rich and extremely deep penetrating oil, rich in vitamins A, D and E, lecithin, as well as potassium - known as the youth mineral.
It furthermore contains proteins, lecithin, beta-carotene and more than twenty percent essential unsaturated fatty acids. The fatty acids contained are palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic.
Our Hair tonic had combine both Herbals oil in the treatment to remain the nature color of hair.
